Now what was the Master Control Program thing mentioned on the Penn Mac Admins conf set?

Master Control Program is the software that Justin Elliott has written for PSUMA to run their session timers, calendars, and a number of other functions for the conference.
Is this for PSUMA only or something for public consumption (that is, for any other conference). And if so, is there a project page or source code around?
